Perfect place to relax and get much needed beach time. It would be hard to find a place that gives such amazing access to the beach with a fully unobstructed view from the living room. Recently rehabbed after Hurricane Ian with new furniture makes this very comfortable. Minor cleanup is still underway outside, but it is also an advantage because very little rental business is available on the rest of the island, which has really reduced the number of visitors on the island. This was our 5th visit to Sanibel/Captiva, and found the whole vacation experience what we wanted it to be: relaxation in a beautiful gulf front setting.
